Colectivo Coffee Bay View

Really great breakfast options, nice coffee, and pastries. Ordered a Southwestern burrito, Salted Chocolate Chunk Cookie, Confetti Cookie, hot brewed coffee, and Vanilla Cream Cold Brew. Every item was great. Only issue was that we waited longer than necessary since our coffee and cookies were overlooked/forgotten about until we asked about our order.

Came here to use the restroom, but bought some stuff as that’s good manners. It’s a huge place. Looks really nice inside and out. The staff were friendly. The girl that checked me out even helped with a recommendation. I couldn’t choose between the coffee cake,blueberry muffin and the cinnamon roll. All three items looked great! She told me that she personally loves blueberries but the coffee cake was popular and so I got that and a pink panther smoothie both are good choices!

Lots of places to sit inside and out! Quiet enough to get lots of work done. I’m not a coffee guy so you’re are on your own with that BUT I am a smoothie guy and it was delicious! I had a mango peach ginger smoothie and it was excellent! My blueberry scones was delicious and fresh!

I like Colectivo. This one did not disappoint. We ordered a couple lattes, and a Lemon Lavender Scone. So yummy. I enjoyed watching the folks making some of the bakery items. Real artisans :) This location has lots of places to seat, even with an upstairs that has nice views of the entire space.

Lovely Colectivo, a little reminiscent of the original location on Lake Dr, with a dining area upstairs with an open view of the lower level. The bakery (Troubadour) is also located inside, with glass window dividers for a clear view of all the goings on inside. Bakery items kept coming out (around 1pm) and getting refilled. It smelled so good and they were so tempting! Keto blues…. Anyway, not all Colectivo locations are all great. But this one was good. Servers were nice. Coffee was as expected. Atmosphere was stellar!
