Crema's Take
“Little Susie's is a window-service gem that's earned its reputation as much for exceptional savory pies—think chicken pot pie, pork roll and potato cheddar—as for creative specialty coffee drinks that keep locals coming back. The team here genuinely cares about getting things right, and while prices trend a bit high, the quality of both their coffee and housemade pastries justify a visit to either their Old City or Fishtown locations.”

Pies are amazing! My favs are the chicken pot pie, pork roll and potato cheddar. I’ve always had a great experience
Little Susie's has AWESOME customer service. I was picking up an order for work and went to the wrong location (totally my fault.) The person working the counter took my number and I received a callback in less than ten minutes with a solution. The owner ended up dropping off my order and saved the day! Everyone also LOVED the pies! They truly went above and beyond (especially since it was my mistake.)
I love Little Susie's! I started on the one in Old City, and once the Fishtown location opened up I have been hooked. They offer some special flavors that pop on the menu and they are fantastic. For the New Year they offered a pork and sauerkraut pie that was to die for!!! Thank you for all your yummy pies!!!
Went in this morning for 2-16oz smores hot latte’s & 2 blueberry lemon pies. $22.50 was the cost. With a $2.50 tip. This is not a place worth $25 for 2 coffees and 2 pies. Coffee was good. Pies were raw. Walked back to see if I could get baked pies. Person at counter said they were just pulled from the oven. One can look and see the dough is raw via picture posted. Employee then took the 2 pies I returned and tossed them in the oven. I stood and waited for 5 minutes without the pies returning. So I poked my head in the window and said don’t worry about the pies. It’s too cold out here to wait. I’ll let the owner know. Today, I paid $25 for 2-16oz coffees. So, I’m letting the owner know that pies were raw this morning and customer service stinks. I will not be returning as a customer. This is strike 3 for coffee orders not being correct. Raw pies. Plus, excuses and justifications are not holding one’s self or staff accountable. The owner may do the hiring. But it’s the community and customers that pay checks and bills.
Got the potato cheddar pie, chicken pot pie, and lemonade. Everything was so good! This isn’t a sit down location, you receive your food/ drinks out the window. Will be back for sure!
