Koldrok Waters and Coffee

We got one delivery from them. One. When we tried to follow up on the next delivery we were told it was supposed to be the week before due to the holidays and our bottles were not out front so they didn't stop. We never received notification that the delivery date had changed due to the holidays and someone is always at our house and they did not bother knocking on the door during the supposed holiday delivery. When we spoke with them they made it seem like they had our email address wrong, which made no sense since we received the receipt form the first delivery at that email address, and they assured us someone would be by that week to deliver us the water. Nobody ever showed up. There was no call, no email, no communication and we took that as a sign with service being that young for us to move on to Crystal Springs for water delivery. We hate it worked out this way as we try to always support local businesses first, but we felt our account wasn't important to this company and it was best to sever ties.

A driver for this company almost killed my daughter and myself on 707. Not properly securing his dolly and driving at 65mph...it came loose and almost struck my vehicle head on. When i contacted the office Cyndi yelled at me. Three times she lied saying they were aware it was broken...then why was it still being operated with the dolly sitting on the rear placement not strapped in? Bet this is not the last time this happens..next time that driver going to kill someone
