This shop is truly one of a kind, with friendly staff even on busy days, great drinks, and unique boiled bagels made the traditional way. The front of house folks always work their hardest to give a wonderful experience, and the prep team, namely a new addition Blake, have been so consistent with the bagels you *know* you're in for a treat. Highly recommended.

This place is just simply phenomenal! I live in the Portland metro area, but whenever I get the chance to make it down to Eugene, I make sure this place is a stop! Fantastic friendly service, and even better bagels! Would recommend to anyone looking for the best bagels in the area.

Awful. We ordered two bagels with cream cheese and a sugar round. The sugar round was raw. I took one bite and tossed it. Both bagels were doughy. They came out warm, but not toasted. We ordered them with light cream cheese and they were absolutely drenched in it. One bagel went uneaten. We ended up at Bagel Sphere instead.

A top recommendation from our Airbnb host, my brother-in-law, nephew, and I popped in for breakfast on a Sunday morning around 9am. There was a line, but it moves quickly. The bagels come out warm and chewy and they have a variety from sesame to chocolate chip to blueberry. They have a number of cream cheeses, but no sweet option. The sausage, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich on sesame was filling. Coming from the East Coast and used to New York City bagels, I found the bagels to be fine. My relatives, coming from small town Washington, loved the bagels. They also offer a full coffee menu. My hazelnut latte was basic. It got the job done, but wouldn’t win any awards.
