My favorite go-to place for egg tarts! They offer such an innovative and wide variety of flavors that you really can’t go wrong with any choice. Everything is consistently delicious. My personal favorite is the durian egg tart — if you’re a durian lover, this is an absolute must-try and you definitely shouldn’t miss it. The flavor is rich, authentic, and perfectly balanced with the creamy custard. You can really taste the high-quality ingredients in every bite. It’s one of those places that keeps you coming back whenever you’re craving a treat. Highly recommend!
Their creme bruleé tart is delicious. Matter fact, all of the flavors I've tried from there was so good. One bite of the corn cheese tart and I immediately knew. I still think about it to this day. Their savory tarts are worth coming back for and will definitely try their other seasonal flavors as well.
Ate next door at the pho restaurant then popped by afterwards to check out Na Tart to try a few of their Portuguese-style egg tarts. Gotta say, the crème brûlée tart was my favorite. The caramelized top was perfectly crunchy, and the flavor reminded me of toasted marshmallow from a campfire. Very custardy and well balanced. The ube tart was good, with ube on top and custard on the bottom. Solid, though not my personal favorite. I also tried a bite of the Dubai chocolate pistachio tart. The outer shell was very crunchy, not overly sweet, and surprisingly good. Overall, everything was enjoyable and thoughtfully made. We’ll definitely be back to try more flavors.
This adorable place is a true hidden gem in the neighborhood! We tried a variety of their egg tarts, and each one had its own unique flavor. The fillings were creamy and perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of sweetness. The crust was also incredibly fresh and crispy. Their espresso was a delightful surprise as well! Highly recommended! Look for the cutest googly-eyed sign and give it a try!
During my last visit to San Diego, I both picked up and later ordered delivery from this place for their Portuguese-style tarts, pastel de nata. I’m a big fan of pastel de nata, and this spot offers several different variations to choose from. While I’ll always love the original classic version the most, I enjoyed trying some of their creative takes as well. One standout for me was the chocolate version, topped with crunchy chocolate pearls. It was a fun and unique twist, and as a chocolate lover, I really appreciated it. All the tarts were served warm, with a perfectly crisp, flaky shell and a rich, creamy custard filling. Overall, they do a great job with both the traditional and flavored versions. If you’re a fan of pastel de nata, this place is definitely worth trying, you’re very likely to enjoy it.
