Crema's Take

Maker's Cafe & Espresso Bar is where serious espresso meets genuine warmth in Pensacola—baristas here nail the technical craft, pulling shots that stand up to any specialty coffee shop while sourcing local milk and creating thoughtful seasonal drinks like their smoked pumpkin latte. The space itself is a draw, with a bright, clean atmosphere that somehow feels both energizing and cozy enough to linger with a book or friends, and their pastry game is just as intentional, featuring standouts like their olive oil cake that won't overwhelm your palate. Whether you're after a perfectly executed cold brew, a creamy vanilla latte, or just a spot to settle in as a family, the staff here treats every order and every visitor like they matter.

Some of the best espresso I’ve had and the service is great. The vibe is perfect to relax, read or chat with friends and enjoy your coffee. A must every time I visit Pensacola!

We stopped into the Maker’s Café in Pensacola because we saw on the visit Pensacola website that there was a coffee trail and I found that to be super interesting. The entire vibe of the café is beautiful, very aesthetically pleasing, and the staff was super helpful. It shows that they know what they’re doing as they were very knowledgeable about the beans that they were brewing. I ordered a whole milk Cortado with a hint of their banana bread syrup, which was House made and it was fantastic. If you love coffee, I definitely recommend stopping into this great café in Pensacola, Florida!!

Best coffee in town by far. The baristas here know how to make a proper drink, and they do it well. Always pleased with the quality and execution. They also use local milk which makes a world of difference, as well as artisanal beans. Thank you for making such great products and space.

This place has an incredible atmosphere. Everything is so bright and clean while maintaining warmth. I got their smoked pumpkin latte and olive oil cake. Both were really good. Not too sweet and very flavorful. I will be back!
