Bistrology

While in town for the weekend, we decided to give Bistrology a try and stopped in around 9 a.m. on Saturday, just before the rush. It turned out to be a great decision. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, the food was fresh and flavorful, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. Our server, Jessy, was fantastic, friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right for our table. It’s always nice when great service adds to an already great meal. A special shoutout to the tall stack of Nutella pancakes. My son ordered them and absolutely loved them. If you have a sweet tooth or just want to treat yourself, they’re definitely worth trying. Overall, a great experience and a spot we’d gladly visit again the next time we’re in town.

Service was great! We brought our 22 month old daughter and Paula was fantastic with us and her. Food came out quickly. I strongly recommend the stuffed avocado steak! I for sure will be coming back again. 10/10 would recommend ask for Paula!!!

Caleb at Bistrology made our anniversary extra special! He surprised us with a complimentary anniversary coffee, which was such a thoughtful touch. The drinks were fantastic — perfectly crafted and full of flavor — and the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and relaxed. Between the great service, delicious coffee, and cozy vibe, it was the perfect spot to celebrate. We’ll definitely be back! ☕✨ If you’d like, I can also write a shorter Google-style version or something more detailed and storytelling-based!

Everything was absolutely amazing, and the portions are huge. We could have absolutely split a dish and been plenty satisfied. Great prices. You can tell they put a lot of love and effort into the food. I can't have potatoes and without my saying anything they offered fruit as a substitute - this was not written on the menu anywhere i saw and i was pleasantly surprised. We payed for 2 hours of parking - very reasonable price of $5.63, of which a dollar was bc i didn't pay with the app. As we left we saw a sign saying there was 2 hour free parking somewhere. 🤣 BUT turns out we did not need nearly that much time. Not sure exactly how big the place is but the area we sat in was packed. Our food came out in probably less than 15 minutes. 😮 Again, top tier plating - and everything we saw come out to other tables also looked phenomenal. We chose this spot for a belated VDay date and I think we will definitely add it to our list of regular visits. We did Not need a reservation.

We had such an amazing experience at Bistrology! It was our first time there, and we absolutely loved it. The food was incredible, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the place is absolutely spectacular. Jessy was our server and she was so kind, attentive, and made our experience even better. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
