Crema's Take

This beloved Pensacola bakery strikes that rare balance between serious coffee craft and genuine warmth, where regulars rave as much about the attentive staff as they do about the quality lattes and house-made pastries. The sprawling brunch scene—think potato hash bowls, bottomless mimosas, and fresh-baked king cakes—makes it the kind of place where 30 friends can gather comfortably, or where a solo coffee break feels like visiting an old friend. With both cozy indoor charm and a lovely outdoor patio, Darios has cultivated the kind of neighborhood gem that keeps people driving from Jacksonville just to sit down and linger over breakfast.

What to expect

Classic coffee drinks done right. A slow-sit, outdoor seating spot, good for meetings. Full breakfast, pastries, and light food on the menu. Family friendly.

We had a GROUP brunch with more than 30 girls and we just had the best time! I snagged a delicious king cake & some French macarons while I was there. Everything was delicious & Reagan, our server, was super!

10/10 would HIGHLY recommend! Food was excellent and could tell they use quality ingredients. Super cute vibes inside. Cant wait to come back and try the sandwich tea tray for afternoon tea with my sister. Would be a great spot for a small event/ get together as well.
