Cafe Bistro

This morning my wife and I stopped in for breakfast at the Cafe Bistro in Pensacola Beach. It's a smallish breakfast place at the far end of the strip. Wow, the food was fantastic. My wife had the Eggs on the Beach platter and I had the Bistro Platter. Between us we had eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, and French toast. Everything was excellent. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality of the food. I would highly recommend this place, and we'll be back again.

I keep getting lucky… going to all the good places! Good mornings and good times! This place is a small nice vibe. The food is authentic, and fluffy pancakes are where it’s at! I got chocolate chip this round and they have the perfect balance of chocolate and chocolate chip! Also, got a custom biscuit and it was the real deal!

Few places we would eat at four days in a row but, here we are. Great service, Skyler’s the man! Like everyone here that we’ve interacted with the staff made the experience very enjoyable. Smiles abound and the food hit the spot once again and like it has the other days we dined. Great breakfast burrito and meat lovers omlette did not disappoint. Honestly I want to rate them one star so yall stay away, and out of our booth, but they deserve all five. We are looking forward to our next trip to PB.

Food was incredible but the wait and service time were very long. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hoping they were under staffed. Small and comfortable. The chocolate chip pancakes are killer. Still would return to give tem another chance.

I had the classic egg breakfast with bacon, toast, and potatoes, and it was absolutely delicious. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the bacon was crispy and flavorful, and the toast was warm and fresh. The potatoes were seasoned just right and had a great balance of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared, and the portion size was very satisfying. It’s the kind of comforting breakfast that’s done right—I’d definitely come back for it again.
