Crema's Take

Food Hub is a mission-driven cafe in Omaha where every cup of coffee and homemade pastry supports a nonprofit dedicated to ending food deserts in the community. The thoughtfully designed space feels like a gathering place for neighbors, with warm staff, reliable wifi, and baked goods crafted by local entrepreneurs in their basement bakery—making it the kind of spot where you can linger over excellent drip coffee knowing your visit matters. Whether you're settling in for a long work session or meeting a friend over a perfectly executed pop tart, there's a genuine sense of purpose woven into the experience.

This is not a food pantry. I gave them a 5 star rating for what they do but google pulls them in as a pantry and they are not.

Easily, easily, one of the best run & most impactful nonprofit organizations (and for that matter, I'd say of any organization) in Omaha and our region. Their mission of ending food deserts is extremely important & impactful.

A warm and welcoming staff, an amazing story of community and togetherness, and some of the best food I've ever tasted... No More Empty Pots should be on every Omahan's "foodie" list. With event spaces available and beautiful views to be had, check this place out. We enjoyed spring salads with apples, feta, and candied pecans followed by spinach pasta and sundried tomatoes in a creamy garlic sauce. Yum!!

Went to the new cafe for lunch. I had the gluten free almond muffin and it was excellent. There were no gluten free savory options for lunch and I hope they change that. It's a very nice, clean decor with lots of light.

I stopped in last Friday and had some great drip coffee and the best pop tat of my life! The baked goods are made by a few small entrepreneurs in the bakery in the basement. This is an awesome spot to stop in for coffee and breakfast. Can’t wait to try out some other items next time I’m in Florence!
