As much as I love this place, the quality of the tapioca is wanting. The tapioca is very, very chewy and I'm personally not a fan of it. Their Thai Tea is, however, delicious and they have options for people who are lactose intolerant.

Really delicious smoothies and milk tea. They have a big selection of flavors and different bobas and other things you can add to your drink. I had the citrus berry smoothie with strawberry popping bubbles and it was amazing.

I really like coming here because they are open late and you can make your own bubble tea selection. I guess what I mean is that you can customize your bubble tea order. The popping bubble is interesting but I do prefer the original tapioca pearls. There’s also nice outdoor seating so definitely consider coming here or if you’ve never had bubble tea here before.

They have great boba! Honestly, it's like the only boba place in the area and is a favorite amongst a lot of people. I love their original, hong kong, and matcha milk teas the best! They usually have nice seasonal drinks and offer customization.
