Muggies Coffee

My experience at Muggies Coffee Co was disappointing. The coffee tasted burnt and overly bitter, and it definitely didn’t justify the price. I’ve had much better quality from other spots in Spokane. Service was minimal and not particularly friendly. The whole interaction felt rushed and impersonal. Overall, nothing stood out in a good way. With so many better options around, I won’t be coming back.

Fabulous coffee hut that serves amazing coffee and matcha. Tried a couple of their weekend-only specials which featured strawberry flavorings, and also their upside down matcha on a separate occasion. Make no mistakes, the drinks are incredible, but the service and efficiency is just insane. We were in and out in less than two minutes after ordering two of these special, layered drinks, complete with the strawberries and cold foam on top. While taking our order, the other baristas in the hut were already starting on it. There was no line of cars to wait in, likely because every customer gets this same treatment! Very awesome place that I would be lucky to stop by again.

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! This was such a lovely experience. The owner Mady has cultivated such a cute feminine girly concept. I think it was time for Spokane to see something new and niche like this. The barista assisting us was kind, prompt, friendly, and showed genuine happiness to be at her job. The baristas were amazing overall and I cannot wait to visit again when I am in town. This is their most popular I was told- the upside down strawberry matcha. So yummy!

Absolutely the best drive-through coffee in Spokane! The baristas are always so full of life—friendly, happy, and genuinely caring. They never fail to brighten your day with a smile and a kind word. The owner, Madison, goes above and beyond for both her customers and the community. We’re so blessed to have her and Muggies Coffee here!
