Crema's Take

Their chai lattes are genuinely excellent and worth seeking out, but this French-inspired spot is frustratingly inconsistent with its pastries—some reviewers rave about the savory crepes while others report stale croissants that taste gas-station-quality. Service is friendly and the vibe is family-friendly with good outdoor seating, making it a solid grab for coffee and breakfast in Vail, though you might want to skip the baked goods and stick to what they do right.

What to expect

Specialty coffee. A quick-grab spot, outdoor seating. Full breakfast, pastries, and light food on the menu. Family friendly.

Fantastic little coffee shop loved the chai lattes I had a savory crepe here it was a bit on the expensive side but delicious with good ingredients the service was very friendly and great and I like the communal seating you end up meeting other people.

Ordered a croissant but it was hard and dry. Even after they warmed it up for me. Like the kind you’d buy at a gas station. Do not recommend the croissant.

Okay, a bit disorganized or maybe they were just busy. Staff were pleasant enough, although rushed. 16oz coffee was $6.50 not too bad IMO but definitely expected more. Also they don’t have lids. The food being served looked tasty enough and they were packed so that’s usually a…
