Colette Cafe

Colette Cafe is easily one of the cutest spots in Pensacola. It’s pretty, cozy, and perfect for a slow morning or catching up with friends. The specialty lattes are where they really shine creative flavors that actually taste balanced, not overly sweet. Their baked goods are fresh and pair perfectly with the drinks, and the outdoor seating gives it that relaxed, aesthetic vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. This is definitely a go-to spot.

Adorable little outdoor cafe on 9th. Open air behind an ivy covered wall. Too many options for one visit. Many walked in to get a coffee. I would have stayed longer at a table but it was a little dampish. But I could have spent hours reading if it had been a little drier. Some nic health options. Restrooms available at House of Hue (interior design store also two thumbs up) within walking distance of a park. Seasonal specialties are available.

The atmosphere of the place is so cute and makes you feel like you are getting your favorite coffee in the streets of Paris. My husband loved his coffee but it was a tad pricey. The chocolate croissant was good but it was a little cold. Overall definitely recommend!

This is such a lovely little outdoor cafe! The barista was really sweet and so was another customer there who recommended me one of their favorite drinks. I personally came for the matcha latte, which was yummy. They use a good quality matcha with a few different versions of the latte on the menu. I’m excited to visit again and try something new. Some of the review photos can be misleading, so for clarity, this is an outdoor cafe only. They’re adjacent to a furniture store, so seating will be outdoor. It’s a really cozy spot though with decently shady areas.

Discovered Colette cafe this morning before our event at Bay Center and what a delightful surprise! ☕ This adorable little coffee cart sits on the most charming decorated patio - it’s like finding a hidden gem tucked away. The whole setup is so cute and quaint, creating the perfect cozy atmosphere for a morning coffee break. Great spot to grab your caffeine fix in a truly unique setting. The ambiance alone makes it worth the visit! If you’re in the area and want something different from your typical coffee shop experience, definitely check out this sweet little spot. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
