Crema's Take
“This welcoming Baton Rouge spot has built a loyal following for its creative specialty drinks and matcha options, with staff like Stephanie and Leah earning praise for genuinely helpful recommendations that go beyond your typical coffee run. The relaxed atmosphere makes it perfect for lingering with friends or family, and they've recently expanded into healthy, delicious light meals that complement their signature beverages beautifully. It's the kind of place where the owner clearly cares about making you feel at home, whether you're a regular or discovering it for the first time.”

Great drinks and customer service!!! They are now serving healthy meals and they are so delicious 🤤
I found a new spot!!!! Loved the atmosphere the lady personality she was very helpful. I'm from up north (Bossier City, La) and I didn't buy my teas before I left home. I found them on google maps and I didn't regret it. My tea was just how I asked for it to be With Extra Flavor It was Perfect 👌. Thank you I will be back for my Level 3 :) oh and I got a buck off cause I found them on Facebook and checked in
I’ve lived around the corner from Nutrition on the Geaux for years, since when it was owned by the lady who’s a nurse. It became too much for her and she sold it to the son of Beverly’s Grooming next door. Today they were running their 3 for $21 dry tea special. I’d never ordered dry before but since I knew I’d want one in the morning since we’re doing Baptism Sunday and have to be there early, I figured cool I’ll do the 3 for $21 and just mix it in my yeti cup in the truck and asked for a cup of ice to go with it. None of which was a problem. Until I paid and received my 3 dry teas for the wife and I. They have Herbal Life Liftoff and other products and Herbal Life tea mixes displayed and advertised as what their teas are made of but that’s not at all what they are. You’re paying pretty good money for energy drink mix you can buy at the Dollar General Nextdoor or Walmart. Pretty misleading and the prices of the teas never went down from when the previous owner was there and using all Herbal Life products. Im familiar with Celsius drinks but I have no clue what “4-C” drink mix is. Glad I ordered the dry special or I’d never have known and kept buying overpriced WalMart drink mixes for $7-8 apiece.
Disappointed. This shop used to serve Herbalife products (and still has them displayed on shelf), but makes drinks using energy drink packets from the store. This is false advertising and very misleading. I’m glad I ordered a dry tea or I would have never realized.
This place is so cute and I received excellent service and advice from Stephanie and Leah. This was my first time trying an energy alternative other than coffee and I love it. I ordered the Malibu Barbie and it is very refreshing. I will definitely be returning and telling my friends about this place.
