Blue Hummingbird Coffee Roastery and Tasting Room

Latte is good, the espresso doesn't taste burnt. And I love to see Affogato on their menu. I will definitely come back. The inside has a modern and cozy feel. There's plenty of seating outside as well. I can't rate the food because I didn't order any.

The coffe was good, and the girl taking our order was super nice. She knew all about the different drinks and helped me pick their signature blue hummingbird latte (very good, though also very sweet. That's not a bad thing, but if you're not super big on really sweet things then I'd try ordering it half sweet). My only issue is with the food selection. The only vegan options were one little cake or the protein bowls. I decided to get one of the bowls and it was really gross. I paid $13 for a tiny serving and ended up throwing it out because I couldn't finish it (and I tried to, I didn't want my $13 to go to waste lol). If the owner is reading this: it would be so wonderful if you could get some decent vegan food options. Even just a simple avocado toast, or maybe something like instant oatmeal, a veggie sandwich, or a veggie burrito. Pls do not condemn me to a life of nasty protein bowls at this location 😭

Such a cozy and cute cafe to hang out with family or friends. I went with my dad and sister looking for coffee yet got even more! We loved the music playlist and the employees were super polite!! Definitely coming here again!

Overall, I like the service. The employees were nice, but I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and there was no flavoring at all. Just tasted like a plain latte. I couldn’t taste any pumpkin at all.

On Sunday morning, I went to near Lake Forest area for some business and visited Blue Hummingbird Coffee Roastery and Tasting Room. I usually go to CUP by Blue Hummingbird Coffee next to Irvine Novel Park near my house to drink coffee, but this was my first time here. This cafe is located in the Tripointe Centre business complex, and I was surprised that there were many customers even on Sunday morning. I think it’s because Blue Hummingbird Coffee is popular among coffee lovers in this area. I usually drink Iced Americano, but I tried the Blue Hummingbird Cafe Latte this time, the signature coffee here, as an iced drink. The milk in the cup had a light blue color and was very attractive. The Cafe Latte tasted really sweet and delicious, but honestly, it was too sweet for me. 😅 But people who like sweet coffee will really like it.
