What a welcoming and beautiful place to be in. The coffee is outstanding. I truly appreciate you all going out of your way to modify my drink too. It really is a treat to get to enjoy specialty coffee despite dietary restrictions. We ordered black Columbia coffee, hot chocolate with house made syrup, hot chocolates and chorizo, potatoe, egg and cheese breakfast burrito (my son's favorite). Everything was delicious and the wait was a lot shorter than I expected. Thank you all, we'll be back again!
This is an awesome space and cafe. The aesthetic is spot on, with hard lines and starkly contrasting black and white decor. Giant windows offer tons of natural light and ample seating and outlets make this an excellent spot for getting some work done. The drinks are delicious and unique. The breakfast sandwich is surprisingly tasty, especially whatever herby aioli comes with it. And they have wonderful pastries from Avenue Bread and Lamination Station, both local bakeries.
My first time in Bellingham and I saw this spot being recommended a lot near the farmer’s market. They have lots of seating, and a two upstairs area with good views of the street. We got the oat cappuccino and drip coffee. Both the drinks were so good!! The coffee beans were roasted well and it was silky smooth - no acidity, just clean taste. It’s a huge space with many tables to sit and study too. Highly recommend if you’re in the city.
We stopped by for a quick bite and ordered the lox bagel and avocado toast; both were very tasty. However, the seasonal baklava latte and iced matcha green tea latte were not that great. The drinks were heavy on the milk and not so much with flavor. Coffee shop itself is a very cool vibe.
This coffee shop is huge! Loved the indoor space and how well they utilized it. There are two upper levels and high ceilings. We only had a latte and matcha there but will definitely come back to try other things. Great place to come and study, relax, read and a book, meet a friend, etc.
