Another bad experience here — this time without even getting the food. We called in an order, and the woman on the phone didn’t read it back, didn’t give a price, and didn’t even give us an estimated pick-up time. When we arrived, the place was chaotic. Our order wasn’t ready, which we understood, but she kept saying she didn’t have our ticket at all. Still no communication about how long it would be, no clarification, nothing. Everyone inside looked confused and unsure of what was going on, and the staff didn’t seem able (or willing) to communicate. It’s extremely frustrating to try to support a local business when the customer service is this consistently poor. Good food or not, the experience is just not worth it when the basics — friendliness, communication, and organization — are missing. I really hope they address these issues, because it shouldn’t feel this difficult to order breakfast.

I went here while on vacation and Shania was my waitress; OMG was she off the chain. Her true happiness and joy showed in how she treated you. The food was amazing, got the scrambled, yummy. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Food was great. Probably the best hashbrowns I've ever had. Chocolate gravy was great too. Service was pretty bad. We felt like we were putting our waitress out asking for drink refills. She never smiled, she barely made eye contact. We asked for an additional order of bacon and waited 20 minutes on it, but it never came. Has a great diner atmosphere.

You HAVE to try this local small business! When you wanna eat like the locals, order the chocolate gravy. HOLY SMOKES! I’d NEVER heard of it. Let’s just say, I’ll be telling everyone. The service was A1. We sat at the bar and got the best experience. We got to chat with the staff and they were all fantastic. We felt so appreciated as customers. The food! 🤤 not a single complaint. Treat yourself and order a biscuit before they run out, then put some butter on it and wait to be taken to heaven! (While you wait throw some chocolate gravy on that bad boy.)

Hoppin place from open to close. This is a mom and pop shop with breakfast and lunch items, however the breakfast menu does end daily. The servers are nice, and have good chemistry with each other and those you can tell are regulars. Fun little spot if you want to avoid the chains. Has a modern soda shop feel to it. The burger was decent, just needed more seasoning. The fries were alright, better than the tots. The BLT wasn’t much to write home about but better than Sonic’s all day. Kids catfish was the winner of the table and definitely worth getting as an adult. Great texture and decently priced.
