Let me start off by saying I love the drinks at 7 brew but today I had an unpleasant experience with my service. The employee whom took my order was excellent! I even left a tip like I always do but the employee who gave me my drink, she was rubbing a dog’s face then grabbed my drink. Very unsanitary I must say. Please be very considerate if washing your hands when handling someone’s food/drink. I had to throw mine away once I got it cause I just couldn’t drink it after that happened. Highly disappointed at that incident.

First time I tried 7 brew it was amazing! We went again tonight and as soon as we pull up there was one car in front of us with 3 workers just joking around with whomever was in the car. We waited about 5 minutes before they even helped us cuz they were too busy chatting it up and laughing. We finally get to order and we got the same thing we got the first time, or so we thought. I told the guy we wanted a small 16 oz banana bread milkshake. He says 16 oz is large. I said well last time we got 16 oz it was small...he assured me it was large so I agreed. Then I tried to order a small frozen chiller and he said all they have that in was large. I was very confused because last time I got everything small but ok maybe I remembered it wrong. I also told him I wanted almond milk and everything sugar free. We get to the checkout window and everything was bigger than last time which only confirmed I was right they do have smalls not everything is large. It was almost double the price as well and then I seen the menu next to the checkout window that showed all the sizes so I asked the guy who checked us out why we were told all they had was large and he didn't even know he looked confused. Then I tasted my drink which was way sweeter than when I had it the first time and my blood sugar went way up so there's no way they put sugar free in it. I don't think I would give them another try after this experience which sucks because the first time was so good.

I love this place. Favorite I haven’t thought of leaving a review yet, but the girl who server me today was amazing! I regrettably did not get her name but I think she was wearing a brown shirt, and had long brown wavy hair, she’s 21 and we talked about taxes! Weirdly specific I know but she made my day!! Shoutout to you girl!!

HOLY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! These kids know what’s up! Whoever hired this crew did great! I’ve been to dozens of different 7brews across the country and most of them are okay but the ones here in La. are incredible not sure who is operating them all or the ones I frequent within just a couple hours of this one, but you’re killing it! Could go on and on but most importantly the drinks are always consistent, service is always fast and reliable, people always a pleasure to talk to!!

BEST DRINK PLACE IN LAFAYETTE!!!!! The girls are so sweet, they have such bubbly energy! They actually helped me find my new favorite drink ever!!! Holiday punch is theeee best!!! ✨💗✨
