Crema's Take
“Tucked into Key West's vibrant streets, this casual food truck serves up bold, craveable Mexican fare alongside a properly made Cuban colada that hits just right. The quesabirria tacos earn genuine raves from locals and visitors alike, though portions and pricing lean toward the splurge-worthy side—best enjoyed as a quick, satisfying stop between exploring the island rather than an everyday grab. The outdoor, no-frills experience captures that authentic Key West food truck charm where quality ingredients and speedy service matter more than ambiance.”

Best food I’ve had ! Fantastic! Tacos from heaven !
service was expected, nothing special. food is really salty and doesn’t have much taste other than grease. we got a steak burrito also, not any better. price was almost $40. not worth it.
Staying at the hotel across the street so decided to try this place out. I ordered the Quesabirria tacos (just birria and cheese) and they were amazing. You get 3 tacos for $18. I enjoyed having a flour tortilla instead of a corn tortilla. As a picky eater, Mexican food can be hard for me to enjoy but I will definitely be back here again during my trip.
I can’t rave enough about this food truck. Literally a quick 5 minute stop and probably one of my favorite meals on the island. We placed an order a few minutes after 3pm not realizing they were closed and they still took our order and didn’t even mention closing time. Talk about great service! Now let’s get to the food…if you want the best cuban..look no further. Marlin out-beat all the other spots. Their cuban was so meaty and hot off the press and the price was on point! I also ordered a mango smoothie which was also divine. I can’t wait to go back!! Best meal hands down!
Walking around Key West i came along this place… since I am a fan of Foodtrucks, let’s go give it a try. I ordered a Cubano Sandwich and a Colada. Besides missing the little cream, the Colada was great. A the size is decent and appreciated. The sandwich was quite actually really good. Thin beef, ham, lettuce, sauce, and pickle relish. I was missing tomatoes. The downside was the time waiting. Queuing for about 5-10 minutes, plus additional waiting time of 20 minutes, is definitely too long (came here on a Saturday morning before 10AM). At least any giving info or so would be nice. Imho the price is a little high for the size. And I was missing the fries… :-/ Well located, next to the Blue Marlin Motel.
