Concept Coffee

We lived in Sacramento three years ago and come every so often to visit friends. We heard this was the newest coffee shop in town. Even better, there was brunch options, even after we got out of church at 12. Coffee: My husband got the maple bourbon latte, and it was absolutely amazing. I don’t gravitate towards that flavor, but if I went back, I would order that. I got the honey cinnamon latte, and it was really tasty, but nothing out of the ordinary. Food: The sandwich was the bestfood item in my opinion and my husband really liked the waffle. Avocado toast looks really pretty, but the texture was a little too wet and slimey for me. I think I would’ve wanted more tomatoes or some feta cheese or almonds for more texture.

I found this place on Instagram and had to see if it lived up to the hype. It did. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and familiar—like I’d been there before. I ordered the pour-over coffee, and it was an experience. Served in a teapot-style setup where you pour it yourself, and the flavor was unreal—easily one of the best coffees I’ve had. Might be my new go-to. Then the food came out… game over. The avocado toast and waffle looked and tasted like they belonged in a high-end restaurant. This place is the real deal. Highly recommend

This was such a sweet coffee shop experience. The lattes were very good, but the true star of the show was the food! Dare I say, the best avocado toast I’ve had in Sacramento! Also, this waffle with brown butter was so enjoyable to eat too. We loved all of the thoughtful details inside as well, you can tell a designer was behind the aesthetics of the place — the lighting, the woodwork, the plating… all felt like a work of art. The prices of everything were great too in my opinion. Everything was at market value price, but the quality of the coffee and food was definitely above the market value! My family and I can’t wait to come back and try their pour over next time & a few more new things. 10/10!

Sacramento’s newest coffee shop, and we can never have enough! I love the aesthetic and decor. Inside is spacious enough and they offer outdoor seating. Ordered a hot bourbon latte and it was spot on! Delicious coffee and the syrup flavor was a nice touch. Most of the kitchen items were sold out, but that’s expected given today is the second day of their opening. I can’t wait to come back and try more food items. I ordered the avocado toast which was aesthetically pleasing plus delicious. Try to get there sooner if you want to try their food selections. Welcome to the neighborhood, Concept!

Absolutely loved this place. The concept is beautiful and thoughtfully done from the moment you walk in. You can truly see how much attention to detail went into every part of the space, from the design and atmosphere to the smallest touches that make it feel warm and special. The coffee was amazing, perfectly made and full of flavor. Everything about the experience felt exceptional and high quality. It’s rare to find a spot where both the aesthetic and the product they serve not only looks good but tastes amazing. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates great coffee, beautiful spaces, and businesses that truly care about what they create.
