Excellent coffee and decadent French toast.

The coffee was excellent and the pastry was the best I’ve had. People were really nice and the space is right out of a movie. Definitely going back.

I’m sorry, don’t sleep on this spot. The barista was so sweet and funny and talked me into trying an ube latte. It’s is straight up magical. It is sweet but not overpowering and smooth. Somehow the syrup enhances the espresso and it is not to be missed. I tried a sesame caramel sticky bun, and it MAY have been the best pastry I have ever had. My husband got a chorizo burrito and is already looking forward to coming by to get another one tomorrow. Great service, great vibes, amazing eats.

This is the cherry on top to the Kansas City Hotel experience. The rotating selection of snacks and drinks makes it a fun visit every time. Laura makes the best and most creative coffee drinks!

The staff is very friendly and a big plus is that they make their own syrups in house. My favorite is their seasonal latte, the cookie latte. It’s a brown butter and brown sugar latte. They use a local roaster called Broadway. Also all of their food and pastries are made in house. Get the creamy greens brioche. Can’t wait to go back!
