Steadfast Coffee at Air Guitar

I have tried both locations and the coffee is pretty decent. The aesthetic of the farm store location is really nice and most of the time the customer service is on point. The cinnamon dolce latte is my favorite, I have noticed with their signature lattes you pretty much have to add an extra shot of espresso or else the drinks all taste like sweet spiced milk. The espresso tastes really good but it’s just not that strong. Maybe I’m tripping but It seems like most of their signature drinks have some kinda spice to the syrups and they all taste very similar. It’s not a bad thing but, it would be cool if they switched up the menu a little bit and chilled on the spiced everything. Try it for yourself though, this is only my opinion. 🤙🏼☕️

Absolutely love this place last-minute stop on date night. Found a birthday candle for my daughter a few other knickknacks, and are really darn good sandwich made by the sandwich called the grinder. We will definitely come back great for people who work on On The Go like plumbers and tradesmen. Or if you just wanna get a glass of wine to top your night off.

Coffee is not bad…. Got a cappuccino, i had better ones before. But can we talk cup size and prices? Holy guacamole $5.39 and I’ve never gotten a smaller cappuccino cup before!!! I feel like I’m in a miniature movie!

If I could give 10 stars on customer service alone I would! From smiles, friendliness down to the perfection of my cold brew. I asked for just a tiny splash of half and half and she knew instantly I want to taste my cold brew. Look at the color- perfect. The vibe I hear is great. You can sit and sip and enjoy some company or walk and shop the store. Located in Air Guitar this location is fun. Do yourself a favor and stop here. If you’re lucky you’ll see what great customer service and delicious drinks are all about. My daughter loves matcha and her matcha latte was perfect. My cold brew again was made just how I like it and no acidic aftertaste. I’m only bummed they don’t offer heavy whipping cream here. This stop was a total win!

I’m a little biased because my daughter is a part-time barista here, but Steadfast Coffee is a 10/10 for coffee in the east valley. Their processes and precision in pulling shots to their house made syrups make every finished beverage top-tier. I’m a customer for life. And bonus that Air Guitar is a fun and convenient place to stop in regularly. If you are craving breakfast tacos with your coffee the brisket is my favorite.
