The food here, flavor wise, is great. the problem is I consistently get a sandwich that is just a mess when i open it up. Doesn't seem to matter what i put on it. Any sauce i get is spilling out the side and the bagel is just soaked and a mess to eat. Even when i ask politely for light sauce through mobile ordering. Love the flavors and the staff. Just disappointed at how messy these sandwiches consistently are

Tandem Bagel is so delicious! Whenever I’m in Western MA, I go with my sister and we always get the Spicy Sandwich with extra jalapeños. They have an amazing assortment of fresh bagels daily, and they never disappoint. PLUS, their Easthampton and Ludlow locations are in really neat buildings! I would 100% recommend. I love this spot! Lots of interesting flavors of bagels, including cacio y pepe and chocolate chip, along with inventive toppings and sandwiches. The pizza bagel with spinach and artichoke was a standout.

I'd been to Tandem in Easthampton many times before, but now I'm avoiding gluten, but I wanted to take a friend. It was a busy late Saturday morning, as expected, but the staff is so efficient that the line moves quickly and they have paper copies of the menu to look at while you wait. After settling on a salad (there were a few options), or perhaps oatmeal, I am pleasantly surprised to see "gluten-free bagel" on the menu. I decide to try it, knowing that gluten free breads are kinda hit or miss. Imagine the delight when the server says "which kind of gluten-free bagel would you like?"! I got the cinnamon raisin, and it was delicious! I love bread, and this GF bagel was amazing. Soft, chewy, not crumbly - just like the glutenous version. The counter server and the one who brought our order to the table were both courteous, warm, and professional. I'll be back sooner rather than later!

The bagels are good, and they have many unique flavors. They're crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The inside is soft & dense as opposed to soft & airy, but I still very much enjoyed it. My wife liked her Bagel sandwich and said it was too big for her to finish. She said their iced coffee was also very good. Overall, this is a very good fresh Bagel option if you're buying single, half dozen, or a dozen bagels. They also have flavored cream cheese. There is a patio out back as well as indoor seating.
