Think warm, smoky paprika, a little cracked pepper bite, and a whisper of garlic that hangs around just long enough to make you take another bite… then another. The bun’s soft and toasty, the pickles are snappy, and the fries are seasoned so well they could star in their own show. And the service? Chad is the MVP. Friendly, fast, and on it—he clocked our tastes in 30 seconds, steered us to the right heat level, kept drinks topped off without hovering, and somehow made the whole meal feel like we were regulars. It’s the rare combo of killer flavor + dialed-in spices + genuinely great hospitality. If you’re anywhere near the CWE, make the detour. Bel Air Burger is officially my go-to. Chad, you crushed it.
