Crema's Take

This Kalamazoo grocery stop is a solid neighborhood hub where you can grab genuinely excellent pastries—reviewers rave about the danishes—alongside freshly made deli items like hot mac and cheese, all without the sterile big-box feel. The produce section gets consistent praise for freshness, and the convenient drive-thru makes it perfect for quick trips when you want quality over chain-store speed. It's the kind of place that rewards a little extra effort because the baked goods and deli actually deliver.

I am here now and this review is for the DELI only. The caucasian deli worker with the glasses refused to give me the store wifi password. He said "they don't give it out" and was VERY rude about it! A female Harding's worker came to the deli and I asked her for the password and she said yes they do give it to customers and for me to go to the service desk and they will give it to me. I went to the service desk and they gave it to me. It's one thing that the deli food is waaaay overpriced (I was charged $15 for three small items) but to be rude on top of it is just bad business. Won't be going back to the deli there.

Was up in Kalamazoo, MI, first time ever visiting this state. Starting my training over the road for a trucking company I've been assigned to work for after graduation truck driver training school. I was on a side quest to find some local Michigan goodies to bring back home to my fiancee in North Carolina. Found exactly what I was looking for. Vernor's in a 6 pack bottle and Blueberry Raspberry Faygo. Those two items are not commonly found back home in NC and I was glad I got to find it here in Michigan immediately. The store is very nice and definitely reminds me of a Publix that you commonly see in the southeastern region of the United States. I will definitely stop back through here again next time I'm in the region and I need to stock up on items my fiancee wants me to get on her list of items for me to find.

Really really nice grocery store. Very clean and well organized. Nice produce and fresh food section. Easy to get in and out on a quick trip. Prices are more than Walmart. But no one like Walmart. Totally worth the small price premium to shop in a nice store without all the chaos. It feels local, too. Not sure the ownership of the place, but it has a better hometown feel than any other box store.
