Their valentines limited edition heart tasted terrible. This place used to be really good but clearly its gone downhill. Ive never had chocolate be so bad that it tastes like Teriyaki sauce. Its offensive to serve something like that. Its an absolute insult to the customer. I wouldnt recommend this place. Update: I reached out to the company with my concerns. They replied to me with a sarcastic apology and said I should love their chocolate because everyone else does (I assure you, this chocolate tasted so foul i had concern for safety consuming it, I cannot imagine anyone enjoying that experience. I couldn't eat for the rest of the day and was dry heaving the next morning, I think it may have actually given me mild to moderate food poisoning ). I clarified that I used to enjoy their products, but they have wronged me and suggested they should try to maintain customer satisfaction or even be receptive to my complaints. They blocked me on Instagram. Immature and unprofessional company conduct. No concern for customer satisfaction.

Our group of 10 enjoyed the tour. The guide was nice, but she showed a presentation on a tablet. I’d suggest hanging a TV on the wall so a large screen is visible to all. It was hard for my friend with vision issues to see. The $20 tour fee we each paid was extremely overpriced for the small size of the facility (not more than 1,000 sq ft) & for the time of the tour. Granted, many of the chocolate pieces are a stunning work of art. However, if you prefer milk chocolate you’re out of luck and will be very disappointed because everything is dark chocolate! It may SAY milk, but it’s all dark. I love supporting fair trade businesses, but the prices are very high. And, the cafe recently relocated so you can no longer stop here for a cafe treat or Mexican hot chocolate. Glad I went because I saw this business featured on Arizona Highways a year or so ago and wanted to check it out. I enjoyed the chocolate covered cashew brittle purchase, but wouldn’t return or really recommend.

Amazing artisan chocolate! Outstanding spot to highlight Tucson City of Gastronomy ingredients. Delightful chocolate, ethically sourced and made with precise beauty. I stoped by on Valentine’s Day treated my self to a Vegan chocolate tasting, paired with an oat milk macchiato. Every bite was beautiful. Great staff! They have all kinds of different chocolate options from hot chocolate, cacao nibs, bon bon’s, chocolate bars, and more. If you love chocolate or are looking for a gift this is a perfect choice. 🫶👍🏼

My partner and I came here to celebrate Valentines Day, we got the choose your own box of 15 and every bonbon we ate was divine! We also got drinks, they got the Chai and I got the Cocoa Nibs Horchate which were both incredible. The atmosphere is really chill and there is enough space to sit and enjoy your chocolates. Would recommend this place for anyone who needs a gift or just wants to eat some amazing chocolate.

Delightful chocolate bars sourced from all over the cocoa growing world. Hand painted chocolates by the piece. Ice cream. Coffee. Interesting tea selections. Friendly, knowledgeable staff willing to engage and explain anything. Got a white chocolate mesquite bar and Madagascar dark. Coming back for house made ice cream. Shop/factory takes sanitation very seriously. No place to hang out inside. Get your ice cream and mosey on outside to the tables, Pardner. Also best hot latte I ever had in Tucson. Chocolate bars range from $9.99-11.99, had to take off a star because it’s priced so high you almost can’t enjoy eating your paycheck.
