Casual Friday Donuts
3402 N Division St, Spokane, WA
Crema's Take
“Casual Friday Donuts brings an early-morning energy to Spokane with same-day pastries and traditional coffee drinks that make it an easy family stop before work or school. While their vanilla cake donuts have earned genuine affection from regulars, the shop seems inconsistent—some days the cases are fully stocked with fresh product, other days quality falters with oily dough and disappointing fillings. It's the kind of place where you might grab a solid donut and coffee on a good day, though you're taking a bit of a gamble on what you'll find.”

I usually have no problems hlat this establishment. I LOVE their product. When I walked in today the cashier told me they closed at noon today and they had no product because they just donated what was left. Yet hours are posted as 2 pm. I dont understand why a companys workers would intentionally donate several dozens of donuts in front of potential paying customers and turn the customers away 2 hours before closing.
I originally went to Krispy Kreme in the Valley. The young lady was so unprofessional at the Krispy Kreme donut via drive thru window that I left without my donuts. I had a minor in the car with me and IWe were both in shock. We decided to go to this place and not only were their donuts good, their hospitality was outstanding and were met with smiles.
These are probably some of the worst donuts I have had in Spokane. Dough tastes oily, chocolate frosting tastes bitter and burnt, and there is absolutely no filling in this Bavarian creme/Boston donut. Out of all the places you can get donuts in Spokane, this is Definitely the worst. At least the people are nice.
I got 6 donuts and most were alright. The vanilla cake donut was the best. The apple fritter was at least a day old. It was rock hard and so hard to chew my jaw hurt. We also got a Bavarian cream that had hardly any filling in it. The chocolate cake donut was okay and the blueberry twist was pretty good. And to make matters worse, it was $22!! For 6 mediocre donuts! Unfortunately won't be back.
Not the worst doughnuts I've ever had but worst in spokane by a mile. For $15 we got a filled doughnut with no filling. A bacon maple bar half the size if a regular one. A regular maple bar with holes in the glaze where they picked the bacon off and rough looking chocolate with sprinkles. Im honestly writing this hoping it reminds me not to go here again
