Wake Up Call - Airway Heights

Good place for coffee. Ordered a bagel and a vanilla latte. Both were great and feel the price was worth it. The latte is very good and would get again. Staff was very friendly and quick. Recommend trying this place of you haven't.

If I could do 0 stars I would. I love wake up call, preferably the one on nw blvd is where I go but I work by this one in airway. The coffee I receive is already never consistent. The guy outside who takes orders is really nice. But the girls are super mean and have the hugest attitude problem. I ordered a white angel that was made with regular coffee when it’s supposed to be white coffee and a surprise redbull with sour candy that was a mad hatter. I went back and received comments by the rude girl with a bob saying that “Red Bulls are more expensive than a mad hatter so there’s a price difference and you ordered starry night flavor which is a mad hatter” I ordered a surprise redbull with sour candy. Then my coworker checked her remade white angel to make sure it was sugar free and the other girl with the nastiest look on her face says “that’s a white angel” like someone pissed in her cereal. Hopefully corporate can get this store in check and humble these girls.

Wakeup call is my favorite coffee stand. There is nothing wrong with the coffee here, it's the service. With only one way in and only one way out, you are trapped there, forcing you to be late to work. Everytime I have gone there, it has been a substantial wait time, and you can't get out. The other day was the last time I will go there as I arrived at 7:31, and didn't get my coffee until 8 a.m. that is a substantial wait time for a coffee. Then when you finally get to the front the girls have a bad attitude, and I don't blame them! They need more stagg there that know what they are doing. Especially with no exit for people to change their mind.

Visiting from out of state wanted to try something local. Maddie helped us with our order, gave us wonderful suggestions within our restructions that we absolutely loved. Also, gave us pointers on where to pick up some touristy things. Our drinks were so tasty, we will be back tomorrow.

Wake Up Call is a great addition to Airway Heights! It’s conveniently located by Mister Car Wash. I absolutely adore the patio set up and I love the customer service. They offer redeemable points similar to Starbucks and Dutch Bros. Overall, it was truly a wonderful experience and I will definitely be returning!
