First time at the cafe and I will most certainly be back. Took my 7 year old daughter into the cat lounge and we both had a wonderful afternoon stroking and playing with the gorgeous kitties. The staff were all super friendly and the overall feel is very chilled. The cat lounge is very clean and relaxed and you can tell that the cats are so well taken care of and loved. I would highly recommend this experience for any cat lovers or perspective adopters.
If you love cats, don’t miss the Cat Lady Cafe experience! I enjoyed the Meowmosa, while playing with sweet kitties available for adoption! The Meowmanager, resident cat is very friendly and posed for photos. The lounge is super clean with lots of toys. I also bought a cute cat patterned dress and cat-themed gifts in the shop! 😻
What's not to love about a place where you can pet kitties and have a refreshing drink?! I had the blackberry lemonade and it was so good, and just enhanced the enjoyment of getting to pet and play with kitties for an hour and know you're helping to support such a wonderful place. The cats all had such soft fur and were well taken care of! And their t-shirts and purple theme was right up my alley! If you live in the area or just plan to visit you have to stop here and be sure to reserve your spot ahead of time. 😻
We did not know what to expect when we entered, but we were surprised. Let me first say, this place is very cute. The idea of a cat cafe is amazing in theory, but my issue is one thing and one thing only. They charge you to actually interact with the cats. Which we found to be a turn-off. It turns out this specific place is associated with the Humane Society. So what happens basically is you enter the cafe and are able to purchase food, drink and items if you choose. There are some tables in the back to sit at if you would like. The cats are in a separate room, there are windows all around so you can see them visually but they cannot be touched unless you pay to go in the room with them, and it wasn't cheap in my opinion. They charge per person by the hour if I remember correctly. I just remember when she told us the cost, there were 6 of us, and it was way too much to pay just to sit in a room with cats. I would advise if this is something you're interested in doing to call in advance so you know what to expect.
I brought a friend here who loves cats. She really enjoyed this experience. You can pay a small fee to go in for an hour or a half hour. You are allowed to pet and play with the cats. They have merchandise and drinks for purchase. If you are looking for a relaxing interesting environment filled with cats this is the place for you.
