I got cake batter ice cream with fudge and it had no flavor, let alone cake batter flavor. Very odd, but the hot fudge I got on top was very good. Also, there was no parking at night on Friday. I believe all parking was taken by the card shop next door.

All around a horrible experience, staff was trying their best but the product is unredeemable. Too much going on with the menu to start and it’s all bad. Bland waffles, boba tastes like chemicals, coffee always tastes burnt, and I got myself a brownie but it had a whole shattered eggshell inside it. Whoever owns the place needs to seriously reconsider the menu. On top of all of this it’s probably the ugliest “coffee shop” I’ve ever been in. EDIT: the owner is entirely unprofessional apparently and doesn't realize that giving restaurants a second chance is a kindness they clearly didn't deserve. Half of all restaurants fail within five years and this local chain will probably be one if they keep this up :)

The workers were kind and quick with the resources they're given. The drive thru ordering system completely failed to work, it wouldn't let us order and couldn't detect our sedan. so we parked and went inside. My review is specifically toward my experience getting boba at this location. If you're looking to get a light refreshing boba smoothie with real, fresh fruit. Look elsewhere. The smoothie was made with exclusively artificial syrups. The freshest ingredient was the ice unfortunately. I thought my order came with regular boba as the menu didnt specify a type and I recieved popping boba instead. The heavy synthetic and extremely over-sweetened smoothie was not worth the price or wait. My girlfriend got and iced tea with boba which she enjoyed very much. I can't complain too much, as the smoothie was mostly presented as shown. But, for personal taste, I prefer frozen fruit over syrups and artificial colors. Will not be going back, there are much better options near by for quality boba.

The workers are always super helpful here every time I come! I come here about weekly. I highly suggest their new fall menu, my favorite being the Cinnamon Roll Boba Milk Tea & Iced Coconut Chai Latte 🖤 (their icecream is amazing too, of course!)

Icki Sticki is a great place to get boba or ice cream, and they also offer other bakery goods and waffles. Both their tapioca and their fruity/ jelly boba are really good and there’s a TON of flavor syrups. It’s great to have this spot, as it’s one of the only convenient places to get boba that isn’t downtown.
