My absolutely favorite bubble tea, especially their house milk tea they make themselves. The slushes and fruit teas are also delicious and they've entertained a few custom drinks for us when we feel adventurous. Can't beat the price and location either, and the folks who run it are SO sweet. Love love love LOVE TT

Absolutely loved this place! The staff was incredibly friendly and gave a spot-on recommendation based on my preferences. My drink (Mango milk green tea boba) was very flavorful, I could clearly taste both the mango and the tea, which was perfect. The shop is clean and the wait time was minimal. Great value for the quality and size of the drink. Highly recommend!

Having just moved from the California Bay Area where boba is on almost every block, this one really makes an impression. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly and told us about his experience starting the store way back in 2004 before boba was popular in America. He does things the old school way and you can tell from the taste. The royal milk tea is an essential starting experience if you’re coming here, and then you can explore the hundred or so other flavors and combinations of hot, cold, or slushy drinks. The owner is also constantly bringing out new and seasonal flavors to keep you coming back.

This place is my go-to for good quality boba, the service is amazing and the drinks come really quick! Inside is really cozy and a nice place to sit after class, There is a huge variety of options and even chips and 50 cent sodas! The owner creates a great environment for this place.

The man working there was very sweet and friendly! He asked if we had any allergies or ingredients that we were trying to avoid to help us choose a drink, and even gave us a couple samples to try:3!! They also sell slushes and snacks too, plus the price is great:3!! The atmosphere is cozy and a nice little hang out spot!
