Chocolate Cafe at The Factory

Cute little cafe next to their store and factory where you can take a tour. Nice selection of food and drinks. The service was good. Prices are reasonable.

The staff was nice and they prepared our drinks and food quickly. I ordered a sandwich expecting it to be pre made, but I was pleasantly surprised it was assembled on site. The bread was so good - almost like banh mi bread. I also got a caramel macchiato - pretty standard and was good. I like the flavor of their espresso. I'll have to try a plain latte next time. I didn't try these, however they also had slushies and lemonade on the menu. And they had pastries and of course some of the chocolates from the factory. There's a meeting room attached to the space too I wonder if it's rentable? I'd say it's somewhat toddler/baby friendly: it was spacious enough my toddler could run around, they have a family bathroom with a changing table, and the staff was playful with him too. They had uncrustables too for the kids, so we bought one. Overall great experience. This place should be more popular. I think it's newer so I hope the customer base picks up!

This cafe is beautiful! I love the design and everything is new and clean. My husband got the nitro cold brew and really liked it. I got a white chocolate peppermint mocha and it was delicious. We both ordered cinnamon rolls which they warm up for you. I do wish the food came on really plates with silverware. I tried to use my plastic fork on the roll and it was too flimsy to cut it. One note is that while the chairs are super stylish, they wouldn’t work for plus size people. I’m a size 18 and just barely fit comfortably. I didn’t see other chair options.

Clean, bright cafe with coffee, wine, bakery items, a few sandwich options, and chocolate candies available for purchase! It's worth a visit.
