The nicest most welcoming staff and the best coffee place ever!!! 100/10 recommend!! Banana chocolate chip bread with icing is best thing ever!!! Also got the cinnamon toast latte!

As the photos suggest, I am a repeat Haven customer. I absolutely LOVE this place. The style and design is to die for and the drinks and pastries set this place apart from others in Cincinnati. I’m a frequent coffee shop finder and go-er and the drinks aren’t anywhere else or taste this good. Staff is kind, the coffee with the love letter is what the barista did when I pointed out we had the same tattoo in the same place :) 100/10. ALSO, it is also a spa on the other side and I can’t wait to get my nails done too sometime

as someone who tries multiple new coffee shops a week, Haven has consistently stayed my number one. The silly reviews about no laptops on weekends? So go somewhere else?? It has no impact on the quality of the coffee or food, which has NEVER disappointed. The wait times are longer but quality is BETTER! Homemade and unique pastries along with a carefully thought out drink selection. If you want Starbucks vibe, go to Starbucks, but Haven has a beautiful environment, the best homemade pastries and lattes I’ve ever had, and 10/10 service each time. I WILL continue supporting this business and referring people.

I love Haven. I always tell people that I think it is my favorite cafe in the city, even if it's one of the most expensive. I have never had a drink or pastry from this place I did not love. Speaking of the pastries, they have a new fresh pastry selection every day. Iv'e had the pleasure of trying something new every time I go in. My favorite drink is the marshmallow matcha, you can really taste the vanilla bean. My boyfriend loves the barista breakfast, an espresso based iced drink that comes with cocoa puffs! We have been coming back every Sunday as a treat (which at this price point means they are doing something very right) and I look forward to it all week. Hope this place stays open and awesome!

I’ve seen a few silly bad reviews lately and I don’t get it. This place is THE absolute best. The coffee and food? Literally the best I’ve ever had. And the people who work here are always so kind, always hyping me up with compliments and good vibes. It’s such a feel-good place. Who cares that there’s a no-laptop rule on the weekend? It makes sense. It’s a small shop and gets packed on weekends. They’re just trying to keep things flowing and make sure everyone can actually enjoy the space. It’s not that deep. If you’re looking for top-tier coffee and a spot that actually feels warm and welcoming, this is it.
