The coffee was mid. The service was abysmal. If this place was not in Newark airport, pretty sure it would not have been open this long. Save your money and get the drip coffee at the breakfast sandwich place. Avoid this at all costs unless you like paying good money for service with a terrible attitude and being glared at.

The young woman was very helpful. My caramel macchiato was good and a reasonable price. I don’t like the electric payment system. I had a lot of problems with it.

The ipad ordering system wasn't intuitive to customize a coffee. When I asked, they had no whole milk, sugars not filled. Really? It's called world bean. The tall metal bar chairs are bolted to the floor in the wrong place.

Captive market coffee shop in the airport. If this business wasn't in the airport, they'd bankrupt inside of a month. Painfully gross coffee and equally terrible service. Save your money and go to the Fivebucks a short walk away.

Standard coffee and tea. I got the Jasmine tea and my boyfriend got the Hot Chocolate. Both were good. Service was a bit slow... but we were also there at 5am so there may have been a lack of staff! Pay concept is different than usual, you get a receipt and then you pay at the end for all your items.
