Passing through the town on our way out of NYC and oh my gosh you need to come here just for the authentic Portuguese egg tarts. They were still warm and absolutely incredible. Also got a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant that was amazing as well. Highly recommend this place!

Canela's is amazing! We got married in September 2025 in Maryland & Tony came all the way out to deliver pasteis de nata to make our special day even better. He was kind, professional, & made it a mission to help celebrate our day. The pasteis were amazing & reminded me of being back in Lisboa. I highly recommend this amazing place with amazing food.

Pretty good pastel de nata with a mildly sweet and slightly creamy but dense custard. Crust was a bit chewy.

visited an authentic Portuguese bakery, while waiting for my truck to be loaded. Tiny custard pies are amazing. I also got a piece of Portuguese bread that was just as amazing. The people running the shop are very friendly and helpful. Definitely will return if I'm ever in the area picking up or dropping off goods.

What a great find! We just flew in from Portland Oregon and came straight here kkkkk! So fun to get legit Brazilian food and chat with the folks who run the place. Muito gostoso!
