Crema's Take

Tucked away on West Wash, this neighborhood gem serves up espresso drinks that respect tradition (their classic cappuccino actually tastes like a cappuccino) alongside creative seasonal offerings like honey lavender lattes that have people coming back regularly. The real magic happens when you pair a perfectly pulled shot with their standout breakfast sandwich or pesto sandwich, settle into generous seating, and soak in the warm, hospitable vibe complete with live music and quirky greeting cards—it's the kind of place that feels like a cozy escape whether you're meeting a friend or camping out with your laptop for hours.

Yummy yummy pesto sandwich!! I've had it so many times, and the side salad is awesome.

Was very surprised and impressed by breakfast and coffee here. Both my wife and I got the honey lavender lattes - outstanding. But the real star is their simple but delicious breakfast sandwich. Hard to describe why it was so enjoyable, nothing crazy but good fresh ingredients with a subtle sweetness coming from the sausage. My wife got one with gluten free bread and commented that it didn’t fall apart like other gluten free bread breakfast sandwiches. Great prices too.

Friendly staff. Live music. Funny greeting cards. Always enough seating, and an option for a “traditional” cappuccino that isn’t actually a latte. Highly recommend.

a wonderful neighborhood coffee shop with great seating. My cashier/barista (with a striking resemblance to benson Boone!) was incredibly hospitable and our fingers touched when he handed me my iced latte. Incredibly satisfied. The pleasure is all mine when I visit bariques!

Gotta check this jazzy warm hole out in the winter, a nice escape from the downtown bustle. Good coffee and eats! I’d just have a slightly better oat creamer brand like Oatly or Rise, that blends best. But their Pacific brand is still good enough! Good balance in moisture and texture and flavor for the sandwich.
