“Loulu is a resort café at Grand Wailea known for its viral Lava Sundae and a few standout staff members (Margaret, Maria, Denise) who genuinely elevate the experience—but the shop itself has real consistency problems that show up in the 3.6 rating. Service is glacially slow even when it's not busy, food safety issues (raw chicken sent out twice) have been reported, and you're paying resort prices for something that often disappoints. It's worth visiting only if you're staying at the hotel and happen to catch it on a good day with the right person behind the counter.”

Came here for the viral lava sundae, it was mediocre. I also ordered a coffee, while the sundae look 5 minutes to make the coffee took 40 min, not even kidding. The lady waiting said she has been waiting for a long time too. DO NOT come here for coffee.

The Love and Lava sundae was absolutely worth the visit. Prices are expensive but to be expected. Unfortunately, only one employee was working without assistance, which led to a long and frustrating wait.
