Crema's Take

Nestled in a moody old factory space in Northeast Minneapolis, Spyhouse crafts beautifully balanced espresso drinks with creative seasonal offerings like their standout sage pecan latte, while their pastries and light food are genuinely worth the trip. The dimly lit atmosphere and unhurried vibe make it a favorite for those seeking a quiet moment with a window seat rather than a buzzing social hub, though the $7+ pricing reflects their commitment to quality over convenience.

First time experience. It was mostly milk and not super hot. But pastry was amazing. Dark atmosphere was only seating. Won't go back due to political focus right when you ordered and pay. Business should focus on business. I'll try a different shop where all views where all views are accepted.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in NE. It's never too loud or crowded when I visit. I love getting my coffee and sitting by the window to watch life pass on by. This time around I had a winter special with cinnamon and marshmallow and it was delicious! Loved the cute bear design too!

Great latte...this coming from a guy who rarely drinks them. Sage pecan latte. Wow. Just Great flavors. I asked for less milk...more like a traditional cappuccino and got the full amount like a large latte but...I gulped it down and smiled anyway. It was very good. My wife had a cortado and we both like the espresso blend they use. It's very clean and not over roasted yet still stands up on its own in a milk drink. Great place to hit up if you like good coffee.

This place is popping all the time. Not always busy but definitely flowing and finding seating for me has always been ok. Drinks are simple and tasty, but a bit up high for daily coffees $7.00+.

At Spyhouse Coffee in Northeast Minneapolis I love the atmosphere in an old factory. I had a good iced lavender matcha latte, a sun-dried egg strata and two delicious pastries.
