Was really excited to see Paperboy come to the West Highlands neighborhood and fill the void we’ve had for a fun sit down brunch. The vibes here are amazing, and I appreciate the big garage windows and patios to make all the seating bright and airy. We loved sharing the brown butter paperboy pancake along with our individual breakfasts. I highly recommend the lox and jalapeño business cocktail that I ordered for myself. Can’t wait to return and try more from this menu. 🍹 jalapeño business (reposado tequila, pineapple, sage, jalapeño, lime) 🥞 paperboy pancake (maple syrup, brown butter, sea salt) 🐟 lox plate (citrus cured lox*, grilled scallion cream cheese, citrus kosho, pickled beets, cucumbers, wild rice furikake, shiso, flax toast)
Was fresh and delicious, service was fantastic!
Really great food and reasonably priced. Great service and atmosphere inside. Would definitely recommend and will come back!
