Crema's Take

Coffeeholic House is a vibrant grab-and-go spot that punches well above its compact footprint with creative Vietnamese coffee drinks and artistic cold foam creations—think ube drizzles on their signature Coffeeholic Dream or the beloved matcha purple haze. The shop specializes in playful, Instagram-worthy beverages that balance quality espresso and matcha with unexpected flavor combinations, making it perfect for Seattle coffee enthusiasts who want something beyond the standard morning cup. While service can be uneven during the inevitable rush, the reasonable pricing and consistent taste have earned devoted fans who swear by mobile ordering to beat the lines.

Such a great spot for a quick morning Vietnamese coffee to go. I expected a few seats inside, but it’s mainly a grab-and-go place. I got the Coffeeholic Dream with extra ube drizzle and it was sooo good. Rich, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. The barista was also super sweet and friendly, which made the experience even better. The only downside is that parking is very limited, but would definitely come back to try more drinks!

Coffeeholic House is a great spot for Vietnamese coffee, known for its creative cold foams and diverse drink selection. We especially enjoyed the matcha purple haze for its creamy texture and balanced ube–matcha flavors, while the pandan cold foam cà phê sữa đá delivered a strong coffee profile. The drinks are high quality, though slightly pricey and served with plenty of ice.

Cute spot, the drinks are always tasty. If you’re in a hurry I would recommend ordering on your phone. It took about 15 minutes for our 2 drinks. If you choose to wait there is water and some seating. Today was my first time ordering a hot drink. Yall pls stick to cold drinks. The drink was lukewarm :,) which is cool bc I didn’t burn myself but sometimes I like the risk. I’m a hotdrinkaholic give me steam please. Pet friendly.

The coffee and atmosphere here are great, but the customer service needs work. I placed a mobile order at 7:34am, fully aware the store doesn’t open until 8am. The app gave me a pickup time of 8:15am. I even saw a barista serving someone at 7:55am. When I walked in at 8:25am—10 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready—I watched multiple people who arrived after me receive their drinks first. I completely understand how busy mornings can be, but instead of an explanation or apology, I was met with repeated attitude and the comment, “Just so you know, we open at 8 on the weekends.” I made it clear I was aware of that and only came in because my order was already past the promised pickup time. Great coffee doesn’t excuse poor customer service. A little communication and professionalism would have gone a long way.

Visited today with a friend, we got a 16oz sunset gradient, a 16oz blended coconut coffee, and a 24oz pan-cha matcha. We spent $22 before tip and $25 after. Not bad at all! We went during rush hour (12:45p) and the store was packed when we got there and had emptied by the time we left. We were there for maybe 10 minutes, Love speedy service! The sunset gradient is delicious and refreshing and tastes like ginger beer and pear (we really liked this one). The matcha is delicious as well, very sweet, but should be mixed or drank through a straw because my first sip was straight matcha powder. (while noticably sweet it is not at all overpowering the drink) The coconut coffee is also very good, stronger than I was expecting without tasting bitter or burnt. The decor was absolutely beautiful, I could only get a photo of the mural but the lighting was very aesthetically pleasing, the floor had beautiful tiling and the backstock area was a loft space above the counter which was decorated to the nines. There was an option to order at the counter with a barista or to order on a tablet in store, which is nice for people with social anxiety or disabilities! Overall a great spot to stop in and grab a cup and enjoy the art!
