I was in the hospital for 4 days. In those 4 days I got 2 meals that were okay. The last straw was the last day I was in. Under entry was: Tereas. Not only was she argumentative because she wasn't using listening ears, she made up requests that were NOT made. We asked for the egg in my meal to be cooked longer so it wasn't runny. She made a note to cook the egg but then to keep the breakfast sandwich separate. They didnt even use all the ingredients for the breakfast sandwich. We asked for whole milk 3 separate times and got 2%. When we tried to call down to fix the errors, our call was IGNORED. I hope in her time she gets what she dishes out, or at least a good reprimand for her lack of kindness, lack of compassion, and lack of honesty.
