Crema's Take

Tucked inside a laundromat in Pensacola, this unexpected gem pairs expertly crafted lattes with a genuinely welcoming vibe where staff like Olivia deliver consistency and care with every drink. The space strikes that rare balance between a serious coffee destination and a relaxed hangout spot—polished and clean enough for a brunch with friends, but laid-back enough to settle in with your laptop for hours. Whether you're waiting for your laundry or seeking a specialty drink made by baristas who actually remember how you take it, the hospitality here feels personal and unhurried.

Came in with some friends for brunch. Nice atmosphere. Very clean and polished. The employees were nice but obviously very busy. Food is very good all around, though I'm still a but iffy on the prices. The sandwiches and wraps are HUGE and incredibly reasonably prices. I was impressed. But I got the chicken and waffles for myself and definitely did not think it was worth $14. The waffle was tiny, though it did taste very good. The chicken was also very tasty, I just felt like maybe the meal was a bit pricey. For the chicken and waffles "board," as it was called on the menu, it was surprisingly small.

I came in due to a broken washer, and was highly impressed.and I must have walked looking like a lost puppy because I was greeted by the nicest man and that walked me around and showed me how to use the equipment and how to pay. It accepts all payment options. Equipment looked new and operational. Place was spotless with plenty of space to sit. Had the coffee, grilled cheese and tomato soup 10/10. All staff members were excellent.
