Amazing strawberry matcha lattes! I was able to get it hot and less sweetened—it tasted so good and perfect for the snowy weather. The cookie I had also tasted amazing. I will definitely be coming back!

Genuinely love Mikkusu so much and every visit is so perfect. The menu is incredibly vegan friendly. Most of it already comes vegan. They have vegan matcha and vanilla soft serve and vegan whip cream to top matcha drinks. They always have fun seasonal drinks that are so flavorful but never too sweet which I can appreciate. Matcha enthusiasts and sweet treat enjoyers will both find something here. They always have some vegan snacks stocked too which is so appreciated! I recently had a vegan Wicked themed cookie that was half strawberry and half matcha and it was one of the best cookies I've ever had. I really recommend if you're into matcha.

The matcha and hojicha are both super delicious; not overly sweet, just how I like it. The cold foam is absolutely incredible - you have to try it!!! Appreciated that the drinks default to soy milk, which really brings out the matcha flavor. We also tried the red bean onigiri, which is homemade and really really good - it was the first sweet onigiri I’ve had, and I really enjoyed it. Vegan choices are clearly marked (majority of the items actually!!), and the atmosphere is lovely as well. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Was looking for a drink for my drive home so I popped in here! I love matcha and trying different ones from different places! 🍵 This one did not disappoint! The man making the drinks was super friendly and extremely insightful! He helped us pick out flavors and everything with some recommendations and they did not disappoint! We got a strawberry puree matcha the strawberry flavor was very subtle but the perfect for a lightly sweetened flavor And I got a lavender iced matcha (my favorite!) It was the perfect ratio of everything!

In fact, I drive 45 minutes into the city just to stock up on matcha powder from this place because, quite frankly, I won’t buy matcha from anyone else. The quality here is unmatched. The owner, who clearly takes pride in his craft, personally prepares each matcha latte. You can taste the difference in every sip—smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced. It's evident that he has an intimate understanding of the delicate flavors that matcha can offer when prepared with care. Beyond the exceptional drinks, the atmosphere at Mikkusu is peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your beverage. The space itself is tranquil and unhurried, with a vibe that encourages you to slow down and savor the moment. And if you're looking for something beyond just matcha lattes, their unique selection of treats is a delightful bonus. From matcha-flavored pastries to sweets, everything is thoughtfully made and adds to the overall experience.
