Café Isla

Crema's Take
“Café Isla feels like a living room where your community gathers, complete with musical instruments scattered throughout and a genuinely cozy, home-like warmth that keeps regulars coming back. They nail both the craft—seasonal specials like their nutcracker latte and carefully made matcha drinks alongside stellar espresso—and the hospitality, with staff who genuinely guide you toward what you'll love. Whether you're grabbing a quick latte or settling in for an afternoon, this gem in Media has built something special that balances skillful coffee-making with the kind of neighborhood soul that's increasingly rare.”

Your GO-TO community cafe! the seating area is made very cozy with a home like environment including a low coffee table and musical instruments. I'd the seasonal nutcracker latte on 12/31, service was a bit slow but latte was nice and frothy :) Check out my full review here insta @life_lattely
I'm so glad I stumbled upon my favorite little town and discovered another charming gem - Cafe Isla in Media! The presence of a little free library was the icing on the cake, confirming I was in the right spot. I highly recommend stopping by, grabbing a cup of coffee, and picking up a great read. The staff is lovely, the decor and vibe are awesome, the music is great, and the drinks and food are delicious!
A couple of friends took us here after walking at Ridley Creek Park. I had a cappuccino and my wife had an Iced Green Matcha Tea with Honey and Oat Milk. Both were delicious. Cafe Isla is a cool place. You can relax with nice music or work on your laptop while having a drink and a healthy snack. They have a selection of baked goods including gluten options.
I cannot express how much I adore Cafe Isla. They have my favorite coffee in the whole wide world and such a lovely cozy environment to enjoy it in. The drinks sometimes take a bit of a wait (depending on the line) but they are well worth it. The range of options and flavors for all their lattes is to die for. And in addition to coffee, they have delicious pastries and fresh local bouquets! Truly one of the best hidden gems in Media.
I highly recommend this place! I went for a quick snack and latte and was so pleased with the experience! The girl at the register was so nice! She recommended all kinds of pastries and we ended up getting a lot! We sampled them each and they all tasted amazing! You can see the bakery behind the coffee area so you know they make these pastries fresh and it really shows! The almond croissant was one of the best croissants I've ever had! The latte was so adorable! They top it off and let you put a lid on yourself! They also had a little jam area and a very small seating area with plants all over! This is the cutest little spot and they give you a very personal experience! New favorite spot! We will definitely be back!
