Really terrible customer service. Not a single word was said the whole interaction.
Although it is nice to have a cafe in the SFEBB, it would be even better if the staff actually showed up, or if they had to leave the cafe for a time, if it was communicated with a sign.
The food is fine but the staff need some serious customer service skills. The one that took my order didn’t say anything and looked unhappy to be there.
Friendly staff, but most of the menu items are more expensive than what would reasonably be expected. For example, I bought a small, half-filled bag of potato chips for $2.25. The menu (which is on the TV), is often turned off, so you have to ask the staff to list off all the menu items. Small adjustments in pricing and menu availability would make for a big improvement.
The little ones loved their cheese sandwiches, and I loved my burger. We got out food super fast and the cafe area was clean and we'll organized. There was a good selection of both grilled fresh and premade finger foods. But the true reason our trip was so fantastic was a gentleman named Geraldo. He was great with the kids and was super friendly and helpful to me and my family!
