I hate leaving bad reviews, but if this helps protect anyone from what I had to deal with, then good. AWFUL experience with this company. Four years ago, I consulted them to start my coffee business. They tried to sell me a $4000 machine for $6900. I told them I wasn't going to do that, I understand paying more to support local but that's insane. I got them down to $4500 for the machine, but they sold me a $800 grinder for $1500, as well. I thought I was supporting local, I was ok with paying a bit more to help a local business (never again). They said, you don't have the funds right now? That's ok, "we've got a company we use," they directed me to TimePayment corporation. I trusted what they said, and went with a "lease to own" agreement through TimePayment. That is single handedly the WORST contract I've ever signed. It would take a book to explain all the horrible, manipulative, money grubbing, loan shark things that company has done over the past four years via the three pages of fine print in that contract. But that's not the business we're talking about. I paid on that lease for a whole year WITHOUT the machine. I called Coastal Coffee multiple times to no answer, left repeated voicemails with no call back, sent emails to no reply, no information. Eventually, after paying on the machine for 12months, I drove out to them, and demanded they give me the machine by threatening legal action. I got it from them on a pallet, and they didn't even help me load it into my truck. It's a good machine, I've had to fix it a few times over the past three years, but its been a trooper. Knowing what I know now, I'd have told Coastal Coffee to kick rocks, saved myself a lot of grief. I hope you don't make the same mistake I did: don't shop here, don't do business with them, don't call them. Find someone else. Leaving this review now because I thought I was done with this lease to own, but it turns out the fine print had a few more surprises and I owe ANOTHER $600 after the end of the lease. So thanks Coastal Coffee, you guys really screwed me over for a few hundred bucks.

They had my jura for over a year. Got it back before Christmas and it was missing the bean cover. It made about 20 cups before blowing off a hose and spilling water on the counter. Do not use this company.

Had a recent opening of a new building for my company and we were scrambling to find a coffee grinder due to shipment issues. Tom went above and beyond trying to help us out by making phone calls and attempting to secure us something for grand opening. We ended up making another decision but his hard work to help us out was greatly appreciated.
