Barrel and Bloom

The service here today was dismal and the coffee is awful. When we walked in, no one greeted us and no one came to the register to take our order for about 10 minutes. Only one person was working and another walked up with supplies during that time and did not acknowledge us at all but went over and talked with the other worker for another few minutes before coming to take our order. No friendly greeting just a generic can I take your order. We ordered two macchiatos to go and they put it in actual cups and had to then pour them into to go cups and the server stated it didn’t say “to go”on the ticket which shouldn’t have been said to us but to the worker that put the order in. The macchiatos looked perfect but the flavor was sour with a pungent, unappealing after taste. The atmosphere is cute and looks relaxing and was quiet but the awful service and not great coffee ruined the experience.

This place was seriously one of the best coffee places in that area. I did the Biscoff Latte cold and let me tell you… DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Plenty of parking in the front and when that is full behind the building there is more parking in the back. Staff was super friendly as well! Will definitely be coming back soon!

service is fantastic! friendly, fast, and knowledgable. the muffin was cold and tasted of freezer. the biscoff lfavoring was very good, the coffee itself was alright. very nice vibes and overall recommend.

The Barrel and Bloom was a great experience. The Carmel latte I got was well balanced espresso, milk flavoring without getting too diluted by the milk or overpowered by the syrup. The atmosphere was relaxed on a rainy early-afternoon Friday. The service was prompt and cheerful, and I will definitely be returning.

Finally! A great local shop in Linworth. Staff is super friendly and coffee is solid offerings from Stauf's. Drip coffee is self-serve with dark and light options. Lots of seating and fun options. Seasonal drinks are also well executed. Check out the Chai Bitters latte in the fall.
