Crema's Take

The single best reason to visit is the attached cacao farm tour that actually justifies the hype—our guide was fantastic and it's hands-down the best agricultural experience on the island. The coffee itself is genuinely excellent and tastes distinctly of its Kona terroir, though you're really here for the chocolate and the chance to see where it grows. Grab a seat with an ocean view, try their free dark chocolate samples, and plan at least a couple of hours if you want to do the tour.

What to expect

Espresso-focused, with creative signature drinks. A slow-sit spot, outdoor seating. Family friendly.

This is an awesome spot to stop for coffee and a view on your drive. We ordered several different items off the menu and everyone enjoyed their drinks. The staff was quick, knowledgeable, and personable. Stop by to enjoy Coffee, Chocolate and some fun extras.

Their chocolate selection is amazing! They have free samples for their dark chocolate which helps you decide what to get (as all samples lol). I love that they have smoothies, lattes, alt milks, and Hawaiian teas. Must go if you’re in Kona!

Highly recommended to check this place out! Good coffee but not the pastries. I’ve got my 1st souvenir from Big Island - a cute wooden Christmas ornament!

What a great experience taking the chocolate farm tour. Our guide, Keith, was phenomenal! The 2 hours flew by, despite the pouring down rain. It made it a fun and unique adventure, cause you can’t control the weather. Kudos to this farm and we will add the coffee shop to our…
