Lesa and her team in the wine department make shopping here such a wonderful experience. The displays and selection are always spectacular, they know just what to recommend and are always willing to go the extra mile if I need something special ordered. I have used her recipe suggestions to overwhelming success multiple times. Such a gem!!!
I love this grocery store! It was our first time. It’s like Whole Foods. There’s a lot of ready-to-go foods. It is kinda pricey but it’s worth it. The food was delicious. I got a Poke Bowl! It was $12.
I enjoy Gig Harbors Metropolitan Market. It’s a great place to stop and shop while running errands. Nice selection of fresh & pre-made food to go. Fresh seasonal flowers and exotic plants. Great seafood selection - I recommend the stuffed sole and stuffed mushrooms. A great soup bar with variable selections, I usually go with the clam chowder, And then pickup a pizza slice of which they offer several varieties. Checkout and take home or enjoy in their 1st or 2nd floor eating areas.
